Kindly note that the Property Practitioners Bill, 2016 (copy attached for ease of reference) has been published for comment.  Comment must be provided before 31 April 2017 to the Department of Human Settlements.

The said Bill will have dire consequences on all Property Practitioners (see definition of Property Practitioners in the Bill) and it is thus imperative that cognizance be taken of the contents.
